We love how we can cook know especially with cooking directions on the inside lid of the side ice tray inside lid. Moreover, the service after the sale and delivery was outstanding. Especially when I know service and in my experience of service for people and commercial needs I realize what true service is and what should be performed. With 12,000 customers it was difficult to get to everyone on time however, when you have initially provided and completed what they paid for the customer is happy to be patient considering all we have done was perfectly perform and now we all knows things break after a while and is expected. What is also expected is the same great service they received initially just as Texas Star Grill Shop has provided to us by offering to help late on a Saturday. Above and beyond after they’ve made the sale a week later. A problem that was our fault. It’s nice to have the confidence knowing someone has your back.
