I’ve cooked on it once and it was amazing. The only reason I didn’t get five stars is because the design of the fire trays. It’s not conducive to starting a fire and being able to move it around and all the coals fall through because the slits are so large. I also purchased fire brick insulate the bottom because the heat distribution. And I will have to somehow make a better fire Trey. But it’s so well put together and it is definitely a great design. The manufacturer paint peeled the first time I cooked on it, but that’s to be expected for cheaper high heat paint. I will be redoing that as well after the 1st cook.
Smoker is awesome but the door doesn't seem to fit on the body straight, talked to Yoder in Kansas, they said adjust the door with the screws on the door but that didn't help, kinda stuck now but not real happy with the door and the help from Yoder. Smoker itself is great.
