I purchased the 3 burner griddle from Treager for my son. I ordered over the phone and Amir was a great help and made the process go very smoothly. Two days later Rory delivered the assembled griddle and we set it on my son's back porch. Texas Star Grill Shop personnel and products are great.

When looking for a new griddle, I did a lot of research on all the different brands and none of them could even come close to the quality and features of the Traeger flat iron. When it came time to buy, I wouldn’t consider getting anywhere else than from Texas Star Grill Shop. These guys are the best in professionalism, customer service and product knowledge. Awesome griddle great product

I recently purchased the Flatrock griddle and I'm very pleased with it. After a proper seasoning process, I've been using it multiple times a week and achieving excellent results. The cook surface, while initially a bit rough, became impressively smooth after extra seasoning, enhancing its durability. I find the grease trap's position quite convenient for cleaning, despite its slight reduction in cooking area. The optional cover fits well, is easy to use, and seems to be of good quality.

The Flatrock griddle also features useful flame sensors and an accurate propane gauge that measures fuel by weight, providing superior precision over typical pressure-based gauges. The propane tank is neatly suspended on a hook for accurate measurements. The griddle ensures remarkably even heating, which is perfect for beginners like myself to manage different cooking zones effectively. The thoughtful design includes large, foldable shelves with P.A.L. rails that accommodate accessories even when folded, optimizing space and convenience. The efficient design offers great cooking heat while using less fuel, making it ideal for frequent use.
