Grill Delivery Charges (Local):
We charge $100 for grill deliveries in our core Houston ZIP-code zone, covering approximately 30 miles around our Garden Oaks warehouse at 301 Garden Oaks Blvd, Houston, TX. Delivery to our outer Houston ZIP-code zone, including Lake Jackson, is $200. Local delivery requires a minimum order of $500. Delivery eligibility and the exact fee are determined by your ZIP code and shown at checkout. Addresses outside these zones require a delivery quote.
Greater Houston Area Deliveries:
Within the Greater Houston area, deliveries are handled by our own highly trained team to ensure careful handling and secure transportation.
When needed, we also partner with trusted moving companies to provide additional delivery support.
Interstate Shipping (Texas, Florida & Nearby States):
We offer shipping to Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and surrounding states for a calculated fee.
Typical shipping costs range from $300 to $600 depending on your location and the size of the product.

Some areas beyond our standard delivery zones may require special arrangements.

Flexible Delivery Options:
You can request a later delivery date when we contact you to schedule. For expedited delivery or special delivery arrangements, contact us for availability and any additional charges.
Delivery Times:
Greater Houston delivery is scheduled directly with you. For in-stock grills, we will contact you within one business day of your order to arrange a delivery date. Delivery is typically available within 1–3 business days, depending on your location and availability. You can also request a later date.
Please note that holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen events may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Special-Order Built-In Grills:
Built-in grills that require ordering have model-specific lead times. Some arrive from the distributor in about one week; others take more than two weeks. Contact us for a current estimate before ordering. The 1–3 business day delivery estimate applies only to in-stock grills, after any required distributor ordering has been completed.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
