Napoleon Prestige 665 RSIB with Infrared Side and Rear Burner P665VRSIB(N/P)SS

We have had our grill for a week now. So far, it has disappointed us to some degree. For example, we heated two burners and the temperature guague on the front said it was 400 degrees. We baked two potatoes on the non flame side for one hour and they were hard as rock when we checked them. We have grilled a few steaks and some chicken breast. They take longer to cook than we are expecting. We are still trying to get to know our grill and we hope that once we know it better it will perform more to our expectations. Furthermore, the grill they showed us in the showroom was not the grill they delivered. The one in the showroom had a right side cutting board and ice bucket that did not come with the one they delivered and the one in the store had a smoker tray for wood chips which we do not have on the one they delivered. (The store is trying to resolve the cutting board / ice bucket issue.)
