Transform one burner into a dedicated searing station with the DCS Surface Hybrid Infrared Burner conversion kit. This system upgrades your conventional burner to deliver intense infrared heat, enabling restaurant-quality sears on steaks, chops, and premium cuts. The kit includes a stainless steel flame-taming mesh screen and matching rod cooking grate—simply remove your standard grids, position the mesh screen over the burner, and top with the grate. Compatible exclusively with DCS 36" and 48" grill models. Burner not included.
