Worth the Hype – Incredible Upgrade from Gas

After decades of cooking on gas grills, there was a small learning curve, but the Big Green Egg XL has completely changed how I cook for my family — from direct high-heat grilling to low-and-slow smoking, the versatility and food quality are outstanding. The XL is the perfect size for family meals and entertaining friends, and finishing a Christmas prime rib on it sealed the deal — a fun, long-term investment I highly recommend.

Not received yet.

There was some type of delay in getting a part and I advised the store representative that it would be okay for them to deliver it to me in approximately two weeks from the date of sale. So, I had to put a temporary one star in order for this message to go. Otherwise, I will not be able to comment one way or the other until I receive it and put t to use. But I will be glad to give you my opinion after receivng it if you send me another one of these at that time. Thanks, Bob Gaddis
