Created by Joe Shuping out of Hamlin, TX (40 miles north of Abilene, TX). Shuping started in 2016 making wood pellets exclusively for us - Texas Star Grill Shop. They're made from 100% natural hardwood, this Texas Beef Mix contains real post oak, pecan, and mesquite. Perfect for amazing wood smoked barbecue.

Shuping pellets create more smoke, meaning more flavor & a better looking smoke ring, the only drawback is a little more ash. These wood pellets are for real BBQ.
