I was smoking a pork butt within a couple hours after delivery. Plugged it in, connected to WiFi, seasoned it and took a quick tutorial of the app. 10 hours later a perfect pulled pork very little fuss. This machine is a marvel. Highest quality materials and a very solid design, top to bottom.
